Receiving your order

We offer free insured shipping on every order within the UK. We do not stock rings, as every piece is handmade to order. Your ring will be made using your specifications and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and insured) to you within 3-4 weeks of your Order Date, unless otherwise specified at time of order. If you have a special date in mind that is sooner, call us! We can often complete your custom ring within 14 days or even less if you really have to have it! 

Returns

We stand behind every ring we make. If you are not happy for any reason, then we are not happy! As all Veritas Diamond rings are made specifically to order, each one is unique to you. You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to us sending you confirmation that your ring is being manufactured. After this time we are unable to accept returns for custom orders. If for any reason you wish to swap the ring to an alternate design we can discuss this with you and provide a quote to cover the cost of any differences in the ring style and design features. 

Your Veritas Diamond ring carries a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, which means what is says – we cover all and any manufacturing defects. Just make sure that you contact us to assist if you need to size, reset or refurbish your ring in the future.
